AWARD RECOGNIZES A COMMITMENT TO BILLFISH CONSERVATION
Minerva Saenz Valenzuela, owner and operator of Minerva's Baja Tackle and Sportfishing Charters receives the IGFA Conservation Award at the Annual IGFA Auction held in Dania Beach, Florida.
